• free shuttle service to assist you with your shopping needs around the upper level of the centre
• information to help you find what you need
• stroller rentals for tired little ones and their parents
• baby supplies for those unexpected incidents
• wheelchair and walker loans for safety and convenience
• jump start your vehicle when it just won't go
• lost and found to keep track of the things you've lost
• event information to let you know what's happening
• gift card sales for when you're just not sure
• walking rovers to help you find your way

Guest Services is located on the lower level in The Bay wing (near the escalator).

Did you know that there are information lines at each directory map? Just look to the right of the map for the phone. This is your direct link to our Guest Services Staff, who can help you with the map or provide information.

New Kids' Play Park - Now Open!

The new Kids' Play Park is now open and is located by Guest Services on the Lower Level of The Bay wing.  The new Kids' Play Park measures 10ft wide x 44ft long; it includes soft play foam climbing/play structures including a 12ft tree with tunnel, a "water" slide, a sports car and a canoe all on a "Landscape" carpet designed to give the feeling of playing outside, as the theme of our Play Park is Westcoast Exploration.

If a child does not have socks to wear (socks MUST be worn by children and parents due to health regulations), they can borrow a pair from Guest Services.  At this time, they can also sign up for our exclusive Kids' Bi-Monthly e-Newsletter.

Kids' Play Park Rules and Regulations:

• Children must be under 46" in height
• There is no admission fee but all Rules and Regulations must be followed.
• Parents or Adult Guardians are responsible for their children at all times. Never leave your child unattended.
• Please remove shoes before entering. Socks must be worn (Health regulations).
• Food and Beverages are prohibited in the Play Park.
• The Play Park is open during Mall hours only.
• Use of Play Park is at your own risk. Coquitlam Centre will not be held accountable for injuries suffered, or lost or stolen items.
• Coquitlam Centre Staff reserves the right to remove anyone from the Play Park who is in violation of these Rules and Regulations.
