We love the power of social media and nothing can attest to it more than what has unfolded in the past few days.
After following the Red Cross campaign in response to the earthquake in Japan, we decided we wanted to help.
Here is the tweet we posted after redirecting our funds towards the Red Cross campaign:

The response was mixed - some of our followers loved that we were using funds to help the Red Cross, and some were upset that we were using the Japanese earthquake as a way to grow our Twitter followers. Our intentions were always positive, however, we totally respect and value the views of our followers so we immediately stopped the campaign and donated the funds to the Red Cross once we heard their concerns.
We want to thank our community for their insight and our sincere apologies for any offense this has caused, it was never our intention to do so.
