EB Pre-owned Program

EB helps your customers by allowing them to trade in their pre-owned games for store credit. EB will accept virtually any playable pre-owned game of recent origin for store credit at our retail locations. The values offered are related to age and quality of the title as well as the condition of the original packaging and instructions. We also regularly offer special high trade-in values towards the purchase of select new releases. Enabling our customers to always have the hottest new games while providing a value priced selection of quality pre-owned games for families and budget-conscious consumers is the basis of our pre-owned program.

EB Pre-Sell and Reserve List Program
The EB Pre-Sell Program offers our customers the opportunity to purchase video games and PC software prior to their release; the EB Reserve List entitles participants to be notified when a game has arrived in our stores. Customers who participate in the EB Pre-Sell Program pay for a game prior to its release and may receive a promotional gift in connection with the purchase (such as a t-shirt or a watch).The EB Pre-Sell Program and the EB Reserve List enable our customers to receive a new product on the first day it is available in our stores and on our web site.
