Code of Conduct

Coquitlam Centre is private property and is committed to providing a safe, comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience for all of our guests, retailers and employees, therefore we do not permit:Smoking or Vaping. Coquitlam Centre is a smoke-free establishment in compliance with all government legislation. Smoking or vaping is not permitted within 10m of any entrance or covered area. E-cigarettes are also not permitted.Cannabis. Coquitlam Centre is a cannabis smoke-free propertyRecreational mobility devices: Bicycles, scooters, rollerblades/rollerskates or shoes with wheels in them, skateboarding and hoverboarding are not permitted on the premises.Soliciting. Distributing literature/soliciting of any kind is strictly prohibited. Pre-approval exceptions from Shopping Centre management may apply.Pets. Guide and service animals permitted, provided they do not create an undue risk to health or safety.Photography. Photos and/or videos devices may only be used with prior approval from Shopping Centre management.Other conditions:Personal mobility devices, motorized wheelchairs and medical scooters must be operated at low speeds to ensure the safety of all visitors.Appropriate attire must be worn at all times while inside the Shopping Centre. Attire that may be considered objectionable constitutes a disguise, hoods, and/or is intended to conceal identify is not permitted.Personal entertainment and electronic devices may only be operated within accepted locations and volume levels.Small groups only. Keep mall areas clear and shop in small groups. No loitering permitted.Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the mall for Coquitlam Centre shoppers. Caution. Floors slippery when wet.Please be considerate. Refrain from any behaviour which may interfere with the enjoyment of the Shopping Centre for guests and retailers, including but not limited to running, biking, skateboarding, rollerblading, littering, profane language, mischief, vandalism, and the unsafe use of elevators and escalators. Any act that violates Municipal, Provincial or Federal laws or regulations is prohibited.This property is monitored by CCTV Surveillance to maintain an enjoyable guest experience. This property also conducts anonymous video analysis to better understand overall trends in guest traffic and demographics (approximate age and gender) for advertising purposes.
