BRAR'S DOSA MASALA SAMOSA

While the same ingredients are found in different regions in India, the way they are prepared is very different. We serve cuisine from all over India at our restaurant and the inspiration for this recipe struck when one of our chefs was enjoying a masala dosa. Our Dosa Masala Samosa is a fusion of the North Indian Samosa with a South Indian style potato filling. Depending on how many you eat, samosas can be an appetizer, an accompaniment to your meal or a snack by themselves. All you need is a bit of ketchup or chutney on the side and you are ready to go. Since they are easy to eat, they also make an excellent teatime snack or a party snack when you are entertaining guests.
