Cape Cod Sweet Mesquite Barbeque Kettle Cooked Potato Chips

Where there’s smoke, there’s flavor.What’s true for grilling turns out to be true for our version of the barbeque potato chip. We worked with a blend of tomatoes, onions and natural spices to create a sweet, full-bodied barbeque seasoning. But it was the addition of a touch of mesquite smoke that took the recipe to a whole new level. The result is a unique barbeque experience that pairs perfectly with the hearty crunch and robust potato flavor of the Cape Cod potato chip.
