Charlotte’s Banana Parfait, 900 g in Coquitlam, BC

The perfect dessert doesn’t exis…actually, it does! Sweet, creamy and a little bit crumbly, Charlotte’s Banana Parfait comes pretty close to dessert perfection. (Parfait is French for “perfect” after all!).Our delicious parfait starts with sweet banana puree, which we’ve layered with a graham cracker-style crumb. The crumb absorbs all the sweet tropical flavours of the banana, introducing a spongy, cakelike texture. Overtop, we’ve added a dollop of white whipped topping that has been dusted with streusel-like crumbs, for an effect that can only be described as banana-riffic! Our ready to eat dessert is delicious served chilled straight from the fridge. Simply spoon it into dessert glasses and enjoy. Our new family size 900 g parfait ensures there’s enough for seconds.
