It draws inspiration from the idea of a magical, deeply sensory, aroma: "The inside of a Hermès bag where the scent of perfume lingered...A note of fine leather-wrapped in fresh trails of citrus fruit, seasoned with spices," was how the perfumer-composer described it at the time.
