Developed by our experienced bakers, this product is made of grains carefully chosen for their nutritional qualities and their fiber intakes. This bread is made from a very long fermentation and hydration of the grains on a bed of "plain yogurt" (without fat, without sugar) to soften the taste of the fibers while providing the product with a dairy intake to the product. This long hydration allows, through the activity of enzymes present in the grains, to release nutrients in simple bodies (carbohydrates, lipids, proteins) thus greatly facilitating the intestinal transit of fibers and the absorption of all nutrients by the body. Very good source of vitamin D and without added fat, always fresh, crispy roasted and tender at the same time, light in the mouth, flavor, aroma and delicate taste, this bread will satisfy the finest palates wishing a "complete" bakery product, being a source of protein, fiber, omega 3 and D vitamin.
