Senzo Classic Santoku Knife 6.5" (SZ-04)

The Senzo Classic Santoku 6.5" is a fusion of west and east – Western shape and use and Japanese craftsmanship and design. The blade has 22 layers of Japanese Damascus stainless steel around a hard VG10 steel cutting core, provid ing a sharp edge and scratch and stain resistance. The hammered tsuchime finish helps the well-balanced blade glide easily through food without sticking. The rounded pakkawood handle is smooth and comfortable in hand and features a red ring between the bolster and the handle.
