It shows how all things are connected; the 4 directions, North, East, South and West which guide ceremony and the 4 seasons, Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter, and the 4 beings of life, Spiritual, Emotional, Physical and Mental wellbeing. All of which are used for health and healing.
