DIRECTIONS & USE
Massage a small amount of magnesium gel onto clean, dry skin until fully absorbed. Ideal for use on the feet, back, neck, and other areas as part of your daily self-care or massage routine.
If desired, rinse with warm water or shower after approximately 20 minutes. Suitable for use anytime, day or night. The addition of lavender essential oil provides a gentle, calming aroma.
