Premium Liquid Bone Formula
Nature’s Way® Calcium & Magnesium is formulated in a 2:1 Ca/Mg ratio in a great-tasting strawberry formula. This liquid form is a convenient alternative to tablets or capsules to help support the maintenance of bones and teeth.
Adults take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) once per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder or if you are taking blood thinners.
Some people may experience diarrhea. May cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances.
Recommended Use: Adequate calcium and vitamin D throughout life as part of a healthy diet may help prevent bone loss/osteoporosis.
