Tamayo is a main supporting character in the popular anime series, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Tamayo is a demon manifested by the original demon, Muzan Kibutsuji. Tamayo is a gentle and wise demon who is also a skilled doctor and scientist. She has devoted most of her life in researching Demons and Demon Transformation. She joins forces with the Demon Slayer Corps in hopes to create a drug that would assist in defeating the ultimate evil, Muzan Kibutsuji.
