The EdgeLogix Ceramic Whetstone 7" Two-Sided Knife Sharpener 1000/3000 Grit w/Silicone Base (C18060) is a double-sided aluminum oxide 1000/3000 grit water stone. The 1000 grit will restore dull knives to shaving sharpness while the 3000 grit will polish and refine edges for a sharper, more durable edge. It works best when used with water. Also includes a non-slip silicone base for ease of use.
