The Kai Luna Multi-Utility Knife is the perfect size for smaller jobs that are done on a cutting board. But the pointed tip works well for boning smaller cuts of meat and poultry or filleting fish, too. The curved, plain edge at the front of the blade is ideal for slicing shallots, garlic, or herbs. The serrations on the blade back cut through foods with tougher exteriors, like avocados or citrus. One knife, many uses!
