DIRECTIONS
Adults and Children - Apply an even layer to chest and throat, 3-4 times daily. Keep covering/clothing loose to let vapours rise to mouth and nose.
Do not place in nostrils.
For Children (2-12 Years) - Application should be supervised by an adult.
This product can be used by adults and children 2 years and older.

CAUTIONS & NOTES

If seal around cap is broken or missing, do not use. 
For external use only. 
Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. 
Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. 
Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. 
Consult a health practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking anticoagulant medications or if you have epilepsy or asthma. 
If you have chronic lung disease or shortness of breath, do not use this product.
Hypersensitivity, rashes and/or burning discomfort have been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. 
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or for use beyond 7 days. 
Keep out of reach of children. 
If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Centre immediately. 
If you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away
