The Kussi Fine Edge Y Peeler has a razor-sharp, Japanese stainless steel blade that is perfect for effortlessly peeling hard or tough skin fruits and vegetables. This blade is so sharp, you can even peel squash easily (No, really! We tried it!). Its ergonomic design is great for left and right-handed, and it features a pointed end-piece to quickly remove blemishes from produce. The soft, rubbery handle feels great in hand and provides great grip. Dishwasher safe, but handwashing recommended. Store it in your drawer, or hang it up with the hole in the handle.
