The compact 150-400mm IS PRO lens delivers a 35mm equivalent focal range of 300-800mm that gets you close without moving a step, and the built-in teleconverter can extend your reach even further. It’s so powerful, you can easily capture the minute detail on a bird’s wing or the whiskers on a fox.

• BRIGHT, FIXED APERTURE

The 150-400mm IS PRO provides a bright F4.5 aperture across the entire zoom range up to 800mm. Using the built-in 1.25x teleconverter boosts your focal reach to 1000mm with a F5.6 aperture. The lens uses leading edge optical technologies to significantly reduce color fringing and flares and ensure edge to edge sharpness. There are 28 glass elements arranged in 18 groups, including a large diameter EDA lens and 4 Super ED lenses. Advanced Z Coating Nano minimizes ghosts and flares to deliver the exceptional image quality M.Zuiko lenses are known for around the world.

• BUILT-IN TELECONVERTER

Engage the 150-400mm IS PRO's built-in 1.25x teleconverter to extend the focal range to 1000mm (35mm equivalent). Plus, add optional M.Zuiko teleconverters to provide a maximum equivalent focal range of 750-2000mm. With the M.Zuiko lens system, you'll enjoy unprecedented handheld telephoto reach.

• FROM TELEPHOTO TO MACRO

Sure, it’s a distance-erasing ultra-zoom lens. But it also doubles as a lens for macro shooting. Don’t want to get too close to your macro subject? Enjoy a 4-foot shooting distance throughout the zoom range with a 35mm equivalent maximum image magnification of x0.57. Use the 1.25x teleconverter to raise your magnification to x0.71 for capturing spectacular detail on an insect or flower.

The 150-400mm IS PRO lens supports focus stacking in compatible cameras so you can create composite images with crisp focus from front to back.

• HANDHELD SHOOTING CONTROLS

Controls are placed for easy, comfortable reach during handheld shooting. You’ll find a rubberized zoom / focusing ring for fine tuning your focus. Five function switches give you all the control you need: AF Limiter, AF/MF toggle, Image Stabilization, Button Function Control, and Electronic Sound Off.

• HEAT-RESISTANT FINISH

For days when you’re shooting under a hot sun with blazing temperatures, this lens has two exterior layers that act as a heat shield. They reflect infrared rays away from the lens to control the temperature inside so it always operates at peak performance.

The forefront lens features a fluorine coating that makes it smoother and more resistant to scratches. Waterdrops glide off without streaking, and dirt and grime can be effortlessly wiped away.

The 150-400mm IS PRO lens has features that puts it in a class all by itself. There’s one lens length for all zoom ranges to help maintain its compact size. The lens hood is made of lightweight, durable carbon fiber to reduce weight. A rubber lens end covers and protects the lens barrel. You can safely and comfortably carry the lens using a non-slip rubber grip on the tripod mount. Strap eyelets make it easy to transport and reduces stress on the lens mount. Easily adjust the tripod seat ring to a vertical or horizontal position with click stops every 90 degrees.

• 5-AXIS SYNC IS

To equip you with handheld super telephoto capabilities, the 150-400mm IS PRO lens offers the world’s best stabilization performance at this telephoto range. OM System’s 5-Axis Sync IS combines in-lens stabilization with in-camera stabilization to provide up to 8 shutter speed steps of compensation at 300mm, and up to 6 shutter speed steps at 1000mm*. To ensure the highest level of stabilization performance, the 150-400 IS PRO lens features the same gyro sensor used in the pro OM-D E-M1X camera to instantly detect all types of shake.

• CARBON FIBER HOOD

The included lens hood is constructed of lighweight durable carbon fiber that’s strong to withstand shooting in all types of outdoor environments. Flocking is applied to the inside of the hood to reduce glare for better image quality.

The Zuiko PRF-ZD95 PRO Protection Filter features ZERO coating to suppress flares and ghosting, and a fluorine coating makes it easy to clean.
