Nighttime sleep aid. Recommended dose : Adults: Drink 1 cup 2-4 times late in the day and ½ hour before bedtime. Directions for use : Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag to release the remaining extract. Duration of use : For prolonged use, consult a healthcare provider. : If sleeplessness persists continuously for more than two weeks, consult your physician. Do not drive, drink alcoholic beverages or engage in activities requiring mental alertness while taking this product.
