DIRECTIONS & USE
Recommended Dose (Adults, 18 years and older): 1 capsule, 1 time daily. Take with meal or as suggested by health practitioner.

CAUTIONS & NOTES

Adult women: Consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience abnormal hair growth. 
Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience hypersensitivity/allergy, diarrhea, insomnia, anxiety, or headaches, in which case, discontinue use.
