The process sucks the nickel out of the steel. Nickel is one of the most common causes of metal allergies. This process cannot remove 100% of nickel. Grade 23 titanium is an implant grade, biocompatible titanium. We've coloured it with your choice of three PVD (physical vapour deposition) coatings: yellow gold rose gold, or titanium carbide (aka blackline).
