Unlike traditional non-stick coatings, GreenPan was created using a ceramic coating that is derived from sand, just like glass, and is free of any PFAS, PFOAs, Lead and Cadmium. The advantages of ceramic are far beyond being non-stick and easy to clean. Gourmet lovers use GreenPan because ceramic is highly conductive and has the ability to sear and brown at high temperatures, with no fear of off-gases.
