Just like in the base game of Village, each player takes the reins of a family and have them find fame and glory in many different ways and those who will find themselves immortalized in the village chronicles will bring honor to their family and be one step closer to victory. The same tactical challenges exist, but now the action can take place on the high seas!Players now have the option of boarding your own ship and traveling the seven seas. Hire captains, sell domestic goods, and pick up foreign commodities. Send family members as missionaries to far away islands and dig up treasure chests. In addition, this expansion includes life goal cards that let you pursue your very own career, such as becoming a writer, a historian, or even a knight.Village: Port is an expansion for Village and requires the base game to play!
